It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma J. Fox Mitchell (Blackwell, Oklahoma), who passed away on February 20, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Wilkins and Grace Wilkins; her husband Sam Fox of Deer Creek; her sisters, Betty and Beverly; and her husband Gerald.

She is survived by: her children, Sherry Pulis, Donna Haverstock (Larry), Mike Fox (Julie) and Karen Cupp (Rick); and her grandchildren, Jake, Sam, Jesse, Mark, Steve, Robbie, Laura, Matt, Christy and Brittany.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of Christ, sent in c/o the funeral home.
