He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee C Husted and Joyce E Husted (Pidcock); his wife Carol Jean (Inmon); his daughter Shelley Husted; and his siblings, Betty Parsons, Imogene Dotson, Marjorie Mitchell, Toni Geer, Billy, James and Gerald Husted.

He is survived by: his children, Vicky Sullivan and Rob Husted (Stacey) of Blackwell; his sisters, Joyce Pingry of Kildare and Mary Lyons of Okmulgee; his grandsons, Seth Sullivan of Blackwell, Sean Sullivan (Melody) of Blackwell, Blake of Blackwell, Braden of Blackwell and Bode Husted of Blackwell; and his great grandchildren, Gage Roundtree of Cleo Springs, Kayleah Sullivan of Blackwell, Sammi, Tinley, Huxley Sullivan of Blackwell, Oaklynn and Haven Husted of Blackwell.
