He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence W. Mayer and Mary K. Mayer (Rogers); and his brother Larry M. Mayer. He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Mayer (Kim), Kayleen M. Horn (Gary), Marsha G. Stewart (Kenneth) and Ramona K. Ryan (Brian); and his nieces and nephews, Derek, Nathan, Daniel, Laramie, Mark, Kyle, Dexter, Rex, Andrew, Leah, Shasta, Lacey, Keri, Tiffany and Mandi. He is also survived by 35 great nieces and nephews; and two great-great-nieces.
