With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nellie G. Pratt of Blackwell, Oklahoma, born in Hunter, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 25, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Peck and Mabel Peck (AC Pratt); and her grandparents, Matt Fish, Steven Johnston (Amanda), Mitchael McLain (Emily), Trent Johnston (Kaitlin), Kleigh McLain, Allee Johnston, Wesson Kelly, Huntlee Kelly, Alex Pratt, Aiden Johnston, Jasen Johnston, Braxten Johnston, Brooklyn Johnston, Austen Johnston, Madison Johnston, Reed McLain, Lennox Pratt and Freyja Pratt.
She is survived by: her spouse AC Pratt; her son Verlin Pratt; her son-in-law Glen Beard; her siblings, Viola Goodman, Lawrence Peck, Evelyn Peck, Louise Natale, Anna Mae Jones and Ivan Peck; her nephews, Jackie Goodman, Randy Peck, Howard Kitchen and Neice Margaret Schackmann; her granddaughter LaVonda Beard; her daughter Anna Beard; her grandchildren, Christy Johnston (Matt), Kelly McLain (Nate), Anna Kelly (Bobby) and Jirrel Pratt; and her great-niece Desiree Honeycutt.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Church of the Nazarene (218 S A St, Blackwell, OK 74631). A burial was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Blackwell Cemetery (3500 S Main St, Blackwell, OK 74631).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Church of the Nazarene in Nellie's honor.
