She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Hayes and Nettie Hayes; and her sisters, Clara, Helen, Betty, Margret and Mary.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene D. Spiva; and her children, Jimmie, Raymond Spiva, Larry, Deanna and Randy. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
