It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marville L. Denton of Blackwell, Oklahoma, born in Fairfax, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 6, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Marville was loved and cherished by many people including: parents, Harold Phillip Sawyers and Lela Sawyers (Wardlow); and children, Linda L. Brown of Ponca City, Harold Lee Denton of Blackwell, Bertha Marie Garcia of Blackwell and Terry E. Denton of Midwest City, Oklahoma. Marville was also cherished by nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
