He is survived by: his wife Connie Shields of Blackwell; his children, Debbie Gibson (Steve) of Oklahoma City, OK, Darrell Shields (Norma) of Nardin, OK and Deanna Barnes (John) of Mansfield, TX.; his grandchildren, Whitney Ashinhurst, Afton Diedrich, Tyler Gibson, Tyson Shields, Jack Barnes and Addison Barnes; and his siblings, Nancy Barnett, Joella Walker, Danny Shields and Kari Day. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
