He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosco L. Wilkey and Edith F. Wilkey; and his brother Chester Wilkey. He is survived by: his wife Helen Wilkey of Blackwell; his daughters, Sharon Daly, Karina Wilkey of Maryland and Leandra Wilkey of Blackwell; and his stepchildren, Jennifer Hawkins of Claremore, Rex of Blackwell, Allan of Blackwell and Gary Punzalan of Blackwell. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
