He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Francis and Catherine Marie Butzback (Spruill); and his siblings, Billy John Butzback and Rebecca "Squeak" Butzback. He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Butzback (Deadra), Wade Butzback (Triniti) and Jessica Butzback (Max). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and other extended family.
