He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom H. Glaze and Virginia Glaze (Johns); his children, John Glaze and Susan Glaze; and his siblings, Thomas Glaze Jr., Mary Abner and Jesse Silver.

He is survived by: his wife Alice Marie Stroot (Church); his former wife Wilma Jean Young; his children, Virginia Lawton of LaVista, Ruth Ann Glaze of Wichita, Kansas, Thomas Glaze of Wichita, Kansas and William Glaze of Wichita, Kansas; and his brother David Glaze of Norman. He is also survived by four grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.
