It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Ann Moormann of Blackwell, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John N. Hoover and Melvina W. Hoover (Stewart); her son John Moormann; and her sister Jeanette Glass. She is survived by: her husband David Moorman; her children, Laura Prince of Blackwell, Ricky Moormann of Blackwell and Scott Barrows of Newkirk; and her sister April Proctor of Blackwell. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
