It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elva Lois Allen of Blackwell, Oklahoma, born in Hanna, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 30, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Stout and Alta Lucy Anzel Stout (Wiggs); her children, Donnie Stalman and Vickie Cook; and her siblings, Edward, Martha, Paradine of Mabel, J. C., Shirley and Debbie.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Stalman; her children, Sheree Short, Teresa Roberts and Randy Beck; and her siblings, Lloyd Stout, Al Stout, Riley Stout (Cleta) and Jeannie Bobek. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
