She is survived by: her son Kendall of Stillwater; her grandson Stan; her husband Max of Blackwell; her children, Lynn Franzmann (John) of Stillwater and Stan (Kendall Ann) of Blackwell; her grandchildren, John and Katie; her nephew Jeff Miller (Darci); her great-niece Jessica; her nieces, Pam Schuster and Linda Dolezal; her great grandchildren, Judah, Shiloh, Krew and Livy; and her grandchildren, Steve Loftis, Lauren Loftis-Walker, Bryan Loftis, Kameron Claybaker, Trenton Claybaker and Dylan Claybaker.
A memorial has been established in Dorothy's honor to Stillwater Medical at Blackwell in c/o Roberts and Son Funeral Home, 120 W. Padon, Blackwell, Oklahoma 74631.
