She was predeceased by: her father Donald Ray; her grandparents, George and Velma Arnold; her parents-in-law, Jesse and Vivian Teer; and her sister-in-law Linda Mayden.

She is survived by: her mother Shirley Mae Mayden (Arnold) of Blackwell; her grandchildren, Kale, Mason, Mila and Grayson; her husband Ronnie Teer of Blackwell; her daughters, Dessa Hunter (Michael) of Blackwell and Cassandra Diaz (Jimmy) of Blackwell; her siblings, Shirley Blunk (Mike) of Blackwell, Carl Mayden of Blackwell, Darrell Mayden of Stillwater and James Mayden (Lori) of Newkirk; and her sister-in-law Connie Glaze (David) of Norman.

A memorial has been established in her honor with Children's Miracle Network, 205 West 700 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101.
