Don Jeans Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Jeans of Blackwell, Oklahoma, born in Orlando, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Jeans and Margie Jeans; his wife Mary York; his brother-in-law Frank Hunt; his parents-in-law, Richard and Ella York; his siblings-in-law, Dale York, Jim York, Pete Cooper and Norma Cooper; and also, Dorothy Jeans, Robert Messenger, Sam Messenger and Lavene Palmore.

He is survived by: his son Rick (Dianne) of Tonkawa; his grandchildren, Belinda, Amber McFerran (Jacob) of Edmond and Jace; his daughter Belinda Nichols (Tracy) of Edmond; his grandchildren, Brady Nichols (Shannon) of Yukon and Andyn; his great grandchildren, Goldie and Daisy of Los Angeles, California.; his sister Lois Hunt of Iowa; his sisters-in-law, Joyce York and Mary Jo York; his sister Charlotte Needham (Jerry); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Messenger and Larry Palmore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Blackwell Church of Christ Memorial Fund.
