He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison E. Rowe and Frances Alice Moore Rowe; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his children, Tyson Rowe (Whitney) of Blackwell and Haley Smith (Casey) of Nashville, TN.; his brother Ted Rowe of Ponca City; and his grandchildren, Bree Rowe, Grant Rowe, Tylee Rowe, Emersen Smith and Braylee Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.
