Danny Lee Farrington Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2020, at the age of 81, Danny Lee Farrington of Blackwell, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Z. Farrington and Georgia Mae Farrington (Johns); his wife Christine Dunsworth; and his brother Floyd Allen Farrington. He is survived by: his granddaughter Shalyn Farrington-Monsees; his children, Scott Farrington (Brenda) of Tonkawa, Mark Farrington of Beaver and Kelly Farrington of Stillwater; his stepsons, Richard Nelson (Cindy) of Punta Gorda, Randy Nelson (Allison) of Parrish and Rodney Nelson (Jennifer) of Galveston, Texas; his grandchildren, Dakota, Dace and James; and his stepgrandchildren, Zak, Dani, Brody, Preston, Lakrista, Kelsey, Jake, Logan, Summer, Wyatt and Cooper. He is also survived by five step-great grandchildren; two nephews, two nieces and many many friends.

He was lovingly watched over by his granddaughter, Shalyn Farrington-Monsees, a front-line nurse, as he fought the Covid-19 virus.
