She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville William and Helen Jean Shouse (Clinton); and her siblings, Barbara Burns, Billy, Tommy and Orville Lee Shouse.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Ware (Peggy) of Moran and Tom Ware (Karen) of Blackwell. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in her honor with the Associated Charities Food Bank, 212 E. Bridge Ave., Blackwell, Oklahoma 74631.
