With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Spears (Blackwell, Oklahoma), born in OKeene, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 15, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Newman and Esther Newman (Hall); her spouse Leslie Spears; her children, Ricky, Lonnie Spears and Deborah LaBlue; and her siblings, Harold, James, Lloyd, Raymond Newman, Kathryn Rhors, Evelyn Morris and Carolyn McGrew.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Purdy (John) of Blackwell, Steven Spears of Blackwell and Gary Spears of Billings; her brother Don Newman of Enid; and her grandchildren, Leslie Hankla (Chance), Willard Tattershall (Beverly), Jeanie Snow (Shane), Richard LaBlue (Rebekah), Paula LaBlue, Lonnie Purdy, J. L. Purdy (Ariella), Cinda Whaylen (Ryan), Timmy Spears and Cody Spears. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
