She is survived by: her children, Damon Horton of Braman, Anita Diane Berrian (Al) of Blackwell and Debbie Riley of Cleveland, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Hazel Smith of Kentucky, Judy Rexroat of Henderson and Pat Ashton of Livermore, Kentucky. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
