She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell W. Conrad and Agnes Marie Conrad (Hanyka); her husband Edward Raymond Kohler; her sisters, Dorothy Oard and Ella Mae Barclay; her stepbrother George Baumgardner; and her son-in-law James Koesel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Kohler-Koesel of Enid, Carla Kervin of Ponca City, Lois Hood (John) of Blackwell, Donita Raborg (Wayne) of Stillwater and Judy Patrick (Scott) of Owasso; her sister-in-law Mary Baumgardner; and her grandchildren, Pamala Shaffer, Stephanie Helmick, Billy Kervin Jr., Lisa Raymond, Jacob Patrick and Jenna Patrick. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with Blackwell First United Methodist Church, 524 W Coolidge Avenue, Blackwell OK 74631, care of Roberts and Son Funeral Home.
