He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Mulkey, Sr. and Minnie Mulkey (Parker); his wife Lou Mulkey; and his siblings, Elbert Mulkey, Marybelle Morris, Jody Mulkey and Walter Mulkey.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Nichols (Mike), Debbie Mulkey-Lowman and Keith Mulkey (Christie); and his grandchildren, Amber Lowman Anthony, Robert Nichols, Tina Lowman, Christopher Nichols, Brittany Mulkey-Creamer and Justin Mulkey. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
