He is survived by: his children, Jeff (Penny) of Tulsa, Scott (Caryn) of Nowata, Kristie (Noah Reynolds) of Omaha and Kenneth of Bixby; his stepsons, Steve and John Berry; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Nevins, Tyler Nevins, Rachel Halversen, Lincoln Reynolds and Garrett Reynolds; and his great grandchild Rhyan Switzer.
