He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, April Kerr (Fred) of Bixby, Blake Hollingshead (Macy) of Mannford and Craig Hollingshead (Lidia) of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Chelsea Ingram (Mitchell), Rebecca Baggett (James), Gage McCubbin (Ashleigh Heath), Baywiin Hollingshead (Venice), Kaiden Hollingshead and Irelynn Hollingshead; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Cameron, Logan, Breckyn Ingram, Ryker, Gentry Baggett and Scarlett Hollingshead.
