He is survived by: his wife Roberta Penny Smith (Benefiel); his children, Charlotte Ann Smith of Bixby, Timothy Wayne Smith of Oklahoma City and David Eugene Smith (Sheila); his grandchildren, Katrina, Bryan, Thomas, Erick, Donovan, Jocelyn and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Ella Rose and Emma. He is also survived by friends, neighbors and co-workers.
