She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Ochoa and Eusebia Ochoa (Tellez); and her husband James Palombo. She is survived by: her siblings, Nena Garcia, Frank Ochoa, Vicky Sanchez, Johnny Ochoa and Maria Esquivel; her daughters, Gina Palombo and Antoinette McDaniel; her grandchildren, Lydia Martinez, Matthew McDaniel, Jessica Martinez, Analisa Martinez and Robert McDaniel; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Bartek, Naomi Bartek, Gabriel Henry, Ayla McDaniel, Benjamin McDaniel and Juliette McDaniel.
