He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Cabell and Helen Cabell (Nicholson); and his sister Christine. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Rice; his children, Emily Craft (Chris) and Zach Cabell (Angela); his grandchildren, Savannah, Addison, Landon, Logan and Ezekiel; and his sister Therese Cabell.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rivercrest Chapel (13329 S Memorial Dr, Bixby, OK 74008).
In 2011, Tom faced a Parkinson's diagnosis with unwavering faith and strength, transitioning into retirement alongside Vickie.
