He is survived by: his children, Tammy Kowalski (Nathan), Kim Crenshaw and Thomas Jerry Crenshaw Jr. (Lauren); and his grandchildren, Jessica Benitone (Caleb), Grace Kowalski, Bailey McLaughlin, Brett McLaughlin of Brian McLaughlin, T. J, Crenshaw III and Gabriel Crenshaw.
