She was predeceased by: her parents, Loy Highfill and Dora Highfill (Copeland); her husband David Lewis Cheatham; and her siblings, Mary Sams, Leah Hogan and Dalton Highfill.

She is survived by: her children, Jon Cheatham (Melissa) of Broken Arrow, James Cheatham (Samantha) of Enid, OK and Terrie Hood (Steve) of Broken Arrow; her brothers, Bill Highfill of Tulsa and Calton Highfill of Carrollton; her grandchildren, David Ray Cheatham, Kendra Garner, Jacob Cheatham, Courtney Coberley, Jarrett Cheatham and Judson Cheatham; her great grandchildren, Collin, Jordyn, Kennedy and Sadie Ray; and her great great grandchildren, Declan and Denver. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family and longtime friends.
