He is survived by: his sister Lizard Breath; his wife Staci Neasby; his son Thomas Jacob "Jake" Neasby; his parents, Tom Neasby and Lisa Neasby; his sister Beth Ogle (Mike); his stepchildren, Nikki Olvera, Bobby McInturff and Casie Mehlhorn; his grandchildren, Cristian, Maria, Isaiah and Ubaldo; his nieces, Lauren Medill and Mallory Ogle; and his great-nephews, Liam, Oliver and Elias. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
