She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Jim Shoulders; her children, Dana Dawn Doak Reynolds of Tulsa and David Justin Doak (Kim) of Bixby; her grandchildren, Ashton Danielle Reynolds of Henryetta, Derek Reynolds of Tulsa, Langley Elizabeth Doak of Bixby and Logan Elise Doak of Bixby; her mother Sharon Shoulders of Henryetta; and her siblings, Marvin Paul Shoulders (Lori) of Henryetta, Jana Lee Shoulders Soza (Bob) of Tulsa and Marcie Marie Shoulders Roth (Joel) of Tonkawa. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 609 Henryetta, Oklahoma 74437.
