He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Churchill and Mallie Churchill (Capshaw); his wife Heidi Churchill (Scott); and his brother Jim Churchill. He is survived by: his son Ronald "Ronnie" Churchill (Sharon Churchill) of Bixby; his grandchildren, Kassie Churchill, Ronnie Mack Churchill of Bixby and Ella Batchelder of Broken Arrow; and his sister Mary Shelton of California.
