It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger J. Phillips of Bixby, Oklahoma, born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Marie Phillips (Moschner) and Carl Phillips; and his daughter Shelley Nicole Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Phillips; his daughter Leslie Phillips Araskog (Nate) of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Piper Meade, Cole Araskog and Andrew Araskog; his son Sean Phillips of Bixby; his grandchildren, Lani Phillips and Maxwell Phillips; his sister Janis Hogan (Don) of Jenny Lynn, AR; his brother-in-law Charles M. Ball of Russellville, AR; and his nieces and nephews, Jeff Beshears (Georgette), Greg Beshears (Aime), Kevin Beshears (Tiffany), Aubree Sowells (Phillip) and Nick Hogan (Amber). He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.
