He is survived by: his father Rick Hoffman; his wife Kim Hoffman; his children, Lauren Olivia Hoffman and Anna Elizabeth Hoffman; his mother Kathy Holt Hoffman; his siblings, Jenna Linhares (Myles) and Matt Hoffman (Stacey); his aunt Sue Ann Hoffman; and his uncle Mark Holt (Linda). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
