He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew and Eleanor Gene Hart (Farrell). He is survived by: his wife Johnnie; his children, Alan Hart (Kyla) and Jamie Hart; his grandchildren, John and Katelyn Hart; and his sisters, Dianne Gray (Troy) and Becky Sue Considine (Tim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews along with other family members and dear friends.
