She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Dorothy Smith; her husband Roger Watkins; her daughter Dawn Watkins; her grandson Brandon Watkins; and her siblings, Dorothy, Carol and John.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Watkins (Marilyn), Roger Watkins (Klara) and Debbie Williams (Stacy); and her grandchildren, Sandy Heflin (Joe), Suzy Blizzard (Matt), Bobby Snodgrass (Mikah), Tim Woods (Karissa), Barbara Watkins, Casey Woods and Cody Woods. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren as well as several other family members, church family and friends.
