She was predeceased by: her parents, Faye O. Judkins and Lois Louada Judkins (Clemons); her husband Jim Ennis; her sisters, Evelyn Davis-Rush-Medford, Betty (Bill Bethel) and Jeanie Judkins; her parents-in-law, Carl and Berthel Ennis; and her nephew Scott Wilson.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Ennis Atwell and Steve Ennis (Melody); her grandchildren, Josh Atwell, Stephanie Callahan (Brice), Melissa Wesley (Justin), Jake Ennis (Morgan) and Ember Ennis; her great grandchildren, Jobe, Brodie, Madilynn, Coy, Cameron, Zhoie, Kenzi, Hoyt, Wyler and Marlowe; her sister Barbara Davis of Glenpool; and her sister-in-law Barbara Wilson (Charles). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, friends.
