She is survived by: her sons, Dale Blevins (Bobbie), Jim Blevins and Roy Blevins; her siblings, Greata Patterson, Margie Kelly, Erma Stone, Mageline McAnelly and Wilma Miller (Jay); her grandchildren, Robert Blevins, Tammy Caudle (Mike), Jamie Hagan (Becky), Jason Blevins (Leanna), Janelle Blevins (Chais), Brian Blevins and Becky Shrum (DJ); and her great grandchildren, Matt (Shelbi), Ryan, Drew, Kimi, Jacob, Elizabeth, Anna, Ace, Hunter, Henry, Danny, Jack, Luke and Lydia Shay.
