She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Ponca Belford Jr. and Colleen Joyce Belford (Marrs); her husband James Alva Wheeler; her brother Tim Belford; and her cousins, David Belford and Barbara Belford.
She is survived by: her daughter Traci Ellis (Jeremie Landis); her grandchildren, Cody, Christopher and Ciya Ellis; her brothers, Pat Belford (Cindy) and Mike Belford (Deborah); her sister-in-law Rene Belford; her cousins, Randy, Chris Marrs, Scott, Angela Marrs and Bekki Belford; and her pet Maddie. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
