It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Roy Perkins Sr. of Bixby, Oklahoma, born in Beggs, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 3, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Perkins and Josie Perkins; his wife Patsy Perkins; and his children, Lee Roy Perkins Jr., Teresa Perkins, LaQueta Perkins and Tonja Perkins.
He is survived by: his siblings, Juanita, Francis, Ernest Jr., Pauline, Franklin, Thelma, Dorothy, Alta, Barton, Udell, Elmer, Loretta and June; and his children, Shannon Perkins (Jennifer Slocum), Missy Rowden of Van Buren, AR, Brandy (Anthony Shelton) and Wallace Cherry of Mountain Burg, AR.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
