She was predeceased by: her parents, Stant Dunlap and Veda Dunlap; her husband Houston Leon Johnson; and her brothers, Glen, Robert, Warren and Fred.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca, Houston Leon Johnson, Jr. and Lea Ann; her son-in-law Mike Hanseth; her grandchildren, Rachel, Dan Cady, Megan, Kristen Johnson, Thomas, Jessika Horn, Edwin and Brittney Horn; her great grandchildren, Brendan, Brycen, Sarah Cady, Mia Horn and Ethan Horn; and her brother Harold Dunlap. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
