He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivy Dorothy Turner and Lawrence Wesley McIntyre; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his son Lawrence Brett; his wife Sherry McIntyre; his son Brett McIntyre (Erin); his grandchildren, Maddie and Emma McIntyre; his daughter Christa Harris (Jim); his grandchildren, Jimmy, Carsyn, Josh and Brandon Harris; his sister Doreen Picard (Mark); and also, Dee Siegenthaler, Jeff Siegenthaler, Ronda DeLaughter (Jeff) and Stephen Siegenthaler.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Church South Tulsa (7071 East 121st St S, Bixby, OK 74008).
