He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Noah, Inez Riggs, Herman and Babe Stephens. He is survived by: his daughter Hattie; his grandchild Ozzie; his wife Olivia Riggs; his child Ozzie Riggs; his parents, Roy Riggs and Alice Riggs; and his sister Sarah Riggs. He is also survived by in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
