He was predeceased by: his father Lee Royce Mitchell; and his son-in-law Steve Maynard. He is survived by: his wife Debra Mitchell; his daughters, Allison, Amanda (David Doyle) and Alyssa; his grandchildren, Brayden and Maddie; his mother Dorothy Mitchell; and his brother Randy (Kathy).
