He is survived by: his parents, Eric Ellis Slagle and Debbie Kay Slagle (Lykins); his children, Sarah Slagle and Rylee Denee Slagle-Taylor; his nieces, Cloe, Paighton, Shyanne, Abby, Emma, Gracie and Amari; his brother Ryan Slagle of Tulsa; and his grandfathers, Gene Lykins of Morris and Bill Slagle of Tulsa. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
