He is survived by: his wife Jan Ham (Carpenter); his daughters, Bridget Tilly (John) of Lathrope, MO and Brandie Green (Keith) of Bixby; his siblings, Don Ham of Liberty Mounds, OK, Sue Young of California and Pauline Audis of Waldron, AR; and his grandchildren, Brittany Caudle, Cody Green, Drake Green, Adrian Green, Amanda Hellem, Tiffani Lear and Jessica Tilly. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews, other relatives and longtime great friends.
