He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Leah Frank (Washburn); his grandparents, Dimmie Washburn, Marie Washburn and Newman Frank Sr.; and his siblings, Corey Frank and DeShala Dene Frank.
He is survived by: his father Newman Frank Jr. Jeffrey of Glenpool; his siblings, Dala Frank of Tulsa, Trevor Frank (Tara) of Glenpool and Mathew Osceola of Glenpool; and his nephews, Maquel, Alayna, Tatum, Trinity and Tristyn.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leonard-Marker Funeral Home (6521 E 151st St S, Bixby, OK 74008). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Concharty United Methodist Church (19040 Garfield Rd, Okmulgee, OK 74447).
