He was predeceased by: his brother Brennan Ford. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Ford; his children, Blaine Ford, Carter Ford and Molly Tierney; his grandson Braxton Ford; and his parents, Roger Ford and Lou Ford.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to the Tulsa Boys Home.
