He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward "Buck" Howard and Annie Maxine Howard (Jones). He is survived by: his wife Karen Howard; his son Marc Howard; and his siblings, Evelyn Osborn (Bill), Billy Howard (Jan), Gwen Barton and Faye Wilson (Lon). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
