He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond W. Tolle and Ruby A. Tolle (Dixon); his wife Phyllis Arlene Leatherman; his children, Jack Randall Tolle (Melodie) of Macon, MO and Pam Hookham (Joseph) of Bixby; his siblings, Ralph Tolle of Edmond, OK and Bethanne Gulick of San Antonio, TX; and his grandchildren, Jacob Tolle, Katelyn Tolle and Wesley Hookham. He was also cherished by other relatives, church family and longtime friends.
